A comprehensive back rehabilitation program should consist of stretching and strengthening exercises. The abdominal muscles should be included as they play an important role in back rehabilitation by assisting in the stabilization of the spine. at physioworkshop, all of the exercises prescribed are a mixture of all the main components to reduce pain, to allow our patients to increase quality of life and reduce the risk of future injuries of lower back.
